Hey idiot listing agents! Put more than one photo in the MLS system. I was looking at beach front condos today in the MLS and found a few listed for around $2,000,000 that had one photo and no virtual tours. How the hell do you expect to sell a property with one photo? When Realtors are choosing properties to show clients are they more apt to show the property with 10 photos and a virtual tour or the property with just one photo? You are not doing your client a favor by adding just one photo. Quit being lazy.
