Something is happening in Google. My Sarasota real estate site went to #1 for the coveted phrase ‘sarasota real estate’. Imagine the exposure your home would get if you listed it with me. Also take a look at the ‘sarasota mls‘ phrase. My site also took over that #1 spot from the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR). I took a screen shot and placed it below. I was #1 for a short while a couple of months ago. Hopefully this time it will stick. It will eventually. 
Sarasota MLS isn’t searched that heavily. I just wanted to outrank the Sarasota Association of Realtors for stealing my domain name.
Marc – Good to see you back on top for “Sarasota MLS”. What’s it been now, over six months? A moral victory to be sure. Congrats.
Thank you Vicki. 6 months sounds about right. I would have to go back and look but I’ve been concentrating on moving forward.
