Last week my listing at 738 Siesta Key Circle sold for $900,000. It was listed at $1,099,000. This was a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with almost 3,400 square feet on a canal with no bridges to bay. It was located in the Siestas Bayside community on the east side of Midnight Pass Road. Homes on this side are generally worth more since there are no bridges to deal with. They can accommodate larger and taller boats in this section of Siesta Bayside. There were only two sales in this community in 2008. This sales was the first in 2009. Currently, there are 9 homes for sale here ranging from $899,000 to $5,975,000.
